3Novices:Don’t take products on face value: expensive moisturisers not always the best, says Hong Kong consumer council

Hong Kong’s consumer watchdog has found that some of the more expensive moisturising mask products on the market do not necessarily perform better.
Of the 40 moisturising masks tested by the Consumer Council that were priced between HK$3.10 and HK$108.30 per sheet and claimed to hydrate and brighten skin, only seven received a score of four out of five for efficacy and customer feedback.
